lic. buenas noches agradezco su comentario paralosiguiente. en cada cambio de autoridad de una agencia municipal ponen nuevas cuotas para pagos, por ejemplo la descarga de drenaje a los nativos del lugar le cobran 1,500 y a los que dicen que son avecindados les cobran 3,000 la cabecera municipal es la que lotorga el permiso de conección pero la agencia dice que ellos son los que otorgan el permiso y no hacen valido los pagoshechos en el municipio, soy una persona física con actividad empresarial y requiero de recibos o facturas con registro de hacienda para meterelos en mis declaraciones pero no lo pueden dar porque no estan registrados o facultados para expedir recibos o facturas por ser auxiliares del municio, asi mismo me dicen que no puedo hacer ningun trabajo porque tiene que autorizarlo la asamblea, a ´pesar de contar con permisos del municipio no me dejan trabajar porque ban a mi terreno y amenazan a mis trabajadores diciendoles que los van a meter a la carcel si no se retiran aqui procede el amparo contra actos de autoridad, por ser agencia municipal y la rigen "usos y costumbres"gracias por su comentario, saludos cordiales.

Primeramente tienen que demandar por la via civil, te notifican del adeudo, te dicen si pagaras o no en el momento, o que señales bienes para embargar en caso negativo ellos señalaran los bienes para embargar, lo que puedes hacer es buscar un abogado para llegar a un convenio con el despacho externo que te requiere de pago.

buenas tardes, recibi un prestamo de una financiera por 10 mil aprox. ya pague 16 mil aprox. ya no pude pagar y ahora me llegan requerimientos de un despaco de abogados diciendome aue debo 55 mil y que tengo que pagar 10 mil o si no me ambargan hasta por 150 mil. no tengo con que pagar por favor digame si me pueden embargar y que puedo hacer
